Natural Skin Rejuvenation: Non Surgical Alternatives

by Judy Aulin

Aging inevitably leads to wrinkles, loose skin and age spots. However, we do have a say in how dramatic these signs can be. Read on to see how you can keep these problems under control.

Plastic surgery is probably one of the first things you think about when you hear the word 'rejuvenation'. But, the problem with this type of rejuvenating treatment is that some people are not eligible for surgery or simply do not want to go through such an invasive treatment. If you're one of these people, then the following exercises are a great way of keeping skin healthy and firm.

Facial exercises are a great way of counteracting the effects of loose and sagging skin. Your facial muscles are directly attached to your skin, unlike the other muscles in your body. By simply doing some of the following exercises for 5 minutes every day can greatly improve the condition of your skin.

Face Beauty Tip One: Ocular Exercises

Sit in a relaxed position and close your eyes. Keep your eyes shut throughout the entire exercise. Now that you are relaxed and ready, look up and look down; repeat 10-15 times.

Sit straight and close your eyes again, but this time lift your eyebrows and stretch your eyelids as far as possible. Do this while keeping your eyes closed. Hold the position for 10 seconds, and then relax and repeat 10 times.

Face Beauty Tip Two: Exercising your Forehead

Place your index fingers just above your eyes and below your brows. Pull in a downward direction while you raise your eyebrows. Repeat this action gently at least 10 times.

Face Beauty Tip Three: Neck and Chin Exercises

The neck and chin are not part of the face but they do age just as quickly, if not more, than the face. As an added plus, any exercise you do for your neck and chin will also help work the muscles in your face.

In order to exercise your neck, sit straight and tilt your head back gently. Keep your lips together and relaxed, now move your bottom lip over your top lip as far as you can. Hold and count to ten; repeat this action ten times.

For your chin: lean your head back as you did for the previous exercise, keeping your lips closed and relaxed. Now, make an O-shaped ring by opening your mouth and hold while counting to twenty. When you've reached 20, relax and bring your head back to its normal position.

Some More Non Invasive Alternatives

In addition to the previous exercises, anti aging products and a healthy diet can definitely help promote natural skin rejuvenation. Natural anti wrinkle products that contain certain natural ingredients are a great way to treat aging skin gently and naturally. Because, it is made largely of natural ingredients and essential oils, they are safe and can be used on all types of skin.

Maintaining a healthy diet and exercising regularly (facial exercises that is) are two of the best skin care tips you can receive. In addition to diet and exercise, using natural wrinkle creams, such as BIOSKINREJUVENATION, will greatly help boost the health of your skin. Its natural composition contains botanical ingredients that can treat wrinkles, looseness and age spots in a gentle fashion.
